In 2017 when I started working with people and their dogs, I could not say this, but now after 3000+ dogs and hundreds of reviews from people of every age, background, and ability with dogs of every age, breeds, behavior, ability and background I can. When you are in business you need to understand what your client wants and needs. What people need is a fast, simple, repeatable way to communicate rules, boundaries, and limitations to their dog without saying a word and without having to feed them treat after treat. Prior to MCS this did not exist, Prior to me getting Odin at 8 weeks I knew no more about working with dogs than anyone else. The truth is that I had as much training working with dogs as I do being a brain surgeon. But now I do and cannot go back to teaching antiquated, outdated techniques that result in hit or miss performance even without distractions.

We work with dogs that other trainers have either refused to because of aggression or have failed with. We work with the dogs that get kicked out of the group classes. No dog ever got rehomed or euthanized because it did not sit on command, yet this low hanging fruit is one of the first things trainers work on in group classes.
