On Thursday 26AUG21 @ 2200 hrs the world lost a great man. My ol man when to be with the Lord and my Mom. He had a heart attack at home and his girlfriend Diane found him and began CPR before being relieved by NJ State Troopers and then EMS. He was shocked three times and got a rhythm but never regained consciousness. He went too long without air and was 75% brain dead. In accordance with his wishes we let him go.
Dad was 72, this was his second heart attack, he had two strokes, prostate cancer, lung cancer, COPD, and emphysema. He fell a month ago, broke three ribs, and split his eye open. He was going out to cut the grass when he collapsed.
Mom died six years ago from complications from a motorcycle accident. She was a paraplegic with a traumatic brain injury, but Dad kept her home for eight years living up to his promise to her “forever and always, no matter what”. Prior to that he had never done a load of laundry or cooked a meal, but at 66 he learned. He was her primary caretaker 24/7.
“Pop” and he was known to the grandkids had an opinion on everything and felt no need to explain himself. It was all about family with him.
If you have met me, or my son Frank you have met my ol man and are better for it. You will be missed Dad but we know you and Mom and there for us.

So very sorry to read this. Sounds like he was a great man, devoted husband, and father to his children and wife. This explains your wonderful kindness and all.
Bless him and all of you.
David, Silvia Brown and family ❤️🙏🏻
